District-Level Project Advisory Committee
District collectors and officials from other concerned departments should be engaged in rural development at the district level and below. Thus, a district-level project advisory committee will be formed to engage them in the Project so that inter-sectoral linkage is enchanced through the Project. Four district-level project advisory committees, which will each be responsible for one of the four districts in Sikkim, will be formed. Table 6 lists the proposed members of the district-level project advisory committee.
