Sikkim Biodiversity Conservation and Forest Management Project

This component will prepare for the implementation of project activities. It involves the reorganization of the Department of Forest, Environment and Wildlife Management ("Forest Department") structure, the establishment of the project implementation structure, the preparation of the project implementation manual, and the development of the annual work plan and budget.

The organizational restructuring of the Forest Department will ideally be completed prior to the commencement of the Project.
