Preparation Of Implementation Manual

Under this subcomponent the project implementation manual shall be developed. The objective of the implementation manual is to familiarize the officials and staff of the project at all levels so as to have a common understanding about the methodology for the implementation of the project.

It will also familiarize the Forest Department officials who will be engaged in the Project with the basic aims, activities, and procedures of the Project. The implementation manual will be prepared by the PMC.
